From 1940 comics, "Memin Pinguin". The character's appearance,
speech and mannerisms are the subject of jokes by white characters in the comic. Memin's mom, last stamp, pink dress, looks a lot like
Aunt Jemima. El presidente Fox calls it art and heritage. And we thought our politicians were out of touch....
