Laura Bush on either Letterman or Leno shortly after the incident. (I caught the comment on my way thru the tv to the vcr.) I will never forget it because it struck me that Shrub was one-up on Willy in the Joe 6-Pack Outreach Campaign. And the comment was as lame as it was scripted.
