i knew about calvert when i campaigned against him in 92,94,96 primaries. i've actually met him. he's a jerk.
and now hastert is gone, so he cant be #1.
but where is maxine waters on the list? she has her own band of street thugs in LA that bullies opposition and critics, and has used violence.
she made #1 on some list of crooks not that long ago.
maybe all her crooked dealings are local, instead of federal earmarks?
Maxine must have rotated down the list - as 99% are crooked I guess they have to take turns being in the top 20.

It doesn't take much time - I've been agitating politicians for 40 years and know where to dig.
I went to my first integrated high school with a couple of fat Rush Limpbottom's cousins. I could tell you some tales about all those Limbaugh boys.
