Madam Breasident

There was cleavage on display Wednesday afternoon on C-SPAN2. It belonged to Sen. Hillary Clinton.

She was talking on the Senate floor about the burdensome cost of higher education. She was wearing a rose-colored blazer over a black top. The neckline sat low on her chest and had a subtle V-shape. The cleavage registered after only a quick glance. No scrunch-faced scrutiny was necessary. There wasn't an unseemly amount of cleavage showing, but there it was. Undeniable.

----I'm a bit late with this one, but what the hay. Is someone's career sagging? (Photo from RogueJew blog.)

The Women's Lib thing hasn't turned out quite the way I imagined. Men are still in long-sleeved shirts and ties and women are prancing about in baby-doll pajama tops.

Of course, Hillary would never dream of appearing at a Bilderberg conference dressed in near-cleavage - different crowd; different rules.

Black power/civil rights didn't turn out quite the way we imagined either.

Seems movements are instantly co-opted these days, if not planned from the git-go. Guess society's handlers have honed their skills.

I can't imagine Hillary's near cleavage as a ploy to appeal to American males, surely she grabbed a low-cut blouse the maid mistakenly hung in her closet - left by a friend of Bill's.

I still cannot see her as the Democratic nomination ...
