I'm unclear why Clinton is considered responsible for protecting Rwandans. Bush /is/ supposedly responsible for protecting Americans, even the black ones.

As Clinton found it in his heart to "protect" Haitians, Bosnians, and of course protecting us by maintaining those Iraq sanctions during his 8 years, well I just thought it odd Rwanda wasn't on his agenda.
Clinton was a Titan only in that he practiced the same elitist policies but was better at deception; convincing us what we got was what we wanted. BushCo rubs our face in it.
