We know the US/CIA operates in foreign nations, i.e. Venezuela, with plotting, funding, and training opposition groups, etc., to subvert, undermine, destabilize social and political stability.

So, who can say without a doubt that foreign nations have not and/or do not operate in the US? And perhaps even do it better.

(Please exclude the old standard "communist plot" and AIPAC/Israel from your answers.)
