Ding-Dong Dead

Ding-dong the witch is dead
Which old witch? The wicked witch
Ding-dong the wicked witch is dead
Wake up you sleepyhead
Rub your eyes, get out of bed
Wake up the wicked witch is dead

'New American Century' Project Ends With a Whimper.

"Is the Project for the New American Century (PNAC), which did so much to promote the invasion of Iraq and an Israel-centered"global war on terror," closing down?

In the absence of an official announcement and the failure since late last year of a live person to answer its telephone number, a Washington Post obituary would seem to be definitive. And, sure enough, the Post quoted one unidentified source presumably linked to PNAC that the group was "heading toward closing" with the feeling of "goal accomplished."

In fact, the 9-year-old group, whose 27 founders included Vice President Dick Cheney and Pentagon chief Donald Rumsfeld, among at least half a dozen of the most powerful hawks in the George W. Bush administration's first term, has been inactive since January 2005, when it issued the last of its "statements," an appeal to significantly increase the size of the U.S. Army and Marine Corps to cope with the growing demands of the kind of "Pax Americana" it had done so much to promote."

… Bullshit, like any other elite racket, they may "close down" only to reopen under another name and storefront. Shame on Antiwar.com and Jim Lobe and anyone spreading such manure.

PNAC members are merely "thinking outside the quagmire". Teehee. They're now in rebranding and repositioning mode, and will soon introduce a "new and improved" image, replete with:

1)same old membership executives;
2)same mission statements;
3)same objectives -- global hegemony for the Empire;
4)same targets for conquest along with a few others.

Wonder if they'll bother to scrub their website (newamericancentury.org), along with that very incriminating and very pre-2001 statement about needing a "new Pearl Harbour"?

Nah, probably not. They're sooo proud of their accomplishments, and so in-your-face about their wickedness.

Btw, wasn't their key Strategy document a near-identical copy of one that was written for the state of Israel in the early-mid 90s, and by the same authors?

Money makes ze world go around. Ze world go around. Money, money, money, money...Fuckers!

You know, just upon reading what I posted, I feel sick about saying 'thinking outside the quagmire'. Sorry, people are suffering and dying. There's nothing funny in that. Sorry.

My blood's heating up again, and I can't think straight. The insanity is infecting me. Must go out and garden or something.

Take care K. Later,

Thinking outside the quagmire may be very correct. Act II beginning.

The PNAC was a copycat of Israel's Policy For a Clean Break 1996.

This is the first time in my life I find so little humor in politics. That alone tells me the time is major (Paris song, What Would You Do).

Beautiful weather here in the heartland. Hope yours the same.
